  5.         This is part of a series of programs I use on my BBS.  Use
  6.         one or all if you want. They work every day on my system. A
  7.         Dos 6.22, Qemm 8.0, DV 6.3 System. Who knows? They may even
  8.         work on your system.
  9.  
  10.         This program will ask the logon questions and will continue
  11.         to ask until the user enteres in the correct format. It will
  12.         accept a four digit password, but will continue to ask about
  13.         the password until at least a six digit password is entered.
  14.  
  15.         When you want the user to Update a entery, just erase it.
  16.         The next time the user logs on the program will asl for the
  17.         information to be entered.

  20.         START UP:
  21.  
  22.         Make a backup of your Max system, this will make as many
  23.         1.44 Archives as you need. Then copy them to Disk.

  25.         ARJ a -rv1440 C:\max\Max3.001 C:\Max -x*.??- -x*.00? -y
  26.  
  27.         I keep two sets one for even Months and one for odd Months.
  28.         It is easy to fix Max, or any other program until it breaks.<g>

  31.         Make a directory off Max.                 MD C:\MAX\MAXKIT
  32.           Then                        ARJ e Maxkit25 C:\MAX\MAXKIT
  33.           Then change directory to C:\Max\maxkit and Arj e *.*
  34.  
  35.         In your MAX.ctl
  36.         Uncomment and change to:  Uses Configure  :maxkit\maxmnt25
  37.           Then                                            Silt MAX
  38.

  40.         Make this the last line in your welcome.BBS or elsewhere.
